This book feels like everything I ever wanted to hear as a child from a trusted adult and so much I would want my children or grandchildren to hear now. It soothes the nervous system and feels like a big, warm hug as you journey through life situations with the wise bear. Jack Wiens has illustrated over 40 children’s books for self-publishing authors. He was also a professional counselor for 33 years. He has enjoyed being father to a daughter and son and “Pa” to three grandchildren who are all now grown. He enjoys tennis, biking, hiking and exploring the Oregon coast and whale watching.
